A boy and his welder
So, not too long ago I bought myself a welder to learn how to.. well... weld.. Specifically a Yeswelder Flux-135 PRO. Its a nice machine that can do stick, Lift TIG and flux core MIG! So, perfect for a beginner. I tried my hand at stick but I don't have the patience for it. Plus, I kept punching holes through the sheet metal.
A wild Sambar appears!

This is my 2000 Subaru Sambar TT2 from Japan and I picked it up a few months ago. I have always wanted one of these and I finally got my hands on one! So, what does welding and a new (to me) Sambar have in common? RUST! More on that in a later post though. Long story short, the floor panels are a bit rusted and are in need some TLC.
I've already done things to her...
ATOTO A5L Stereo

Polk Audio DB652 DB+ Speakers

Reupholstered door cards

Custom Shitty alternator bracket and replacement

(I'm working on a much better bracket)
New Exhaust
So, back to the welder. I wanted a new exhaust and the aftermarket ones for this truck are kind of expensive. They also don't sound the way I like. So enter this fucking abomination:

I know, I know... But at least I took some leftovers and made an intake out of them!

Eventually, I'm going to grind everything down, plug some holes and paint 'er flat black!
Not my Miata gets a new asshole
Fast-forward to today, my buddy wanted to replace the axel back exhaust on his daughter's Miata. This is where I came in.

Anything to get me some trigger time, I'll take it:

Good shit!
Pretty soon, I am going to work on replacing the headers, as I have some ideas.
Stay tuned!
